I.   Willow Creek Example
II.   Mission - This mission of Willow Creek Community Church is to turn irreligious people into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ
III.   Vision - Our vision is to be a biblically functioning community of believers so that Christ's redemptive purposes can be accomplished in the world - Exaltation, Evangelism, Edification, Extension
IV.   Strategy - how to move from mission to accomplish vision
A.   Steps - From Sinner to Saint at Willow Creek Community Church
1.   Build a relationship
2.   Share a verbal witness (interesting that it preceded inviting to service)
3.   Invite to a seeker service
4.   Become part of new community
5.   Participate in a small group
6.   Serve in the body of Christ
7.   Steward Finances
B.   Interesting points
1.   Steward finances - it might be so late because they don't want it to appear that they are after their money
2.   Lack of "invitation to a personal relationship" - probably because they feel that can be done in a variety of different places within the circle
V.   Organization Chart - a picture of relationships based on responsibility
A.   For health in ministry the right relationships are everything
1.   This is not just a "who you know" type of thing
2.   But rather, it is an emphasis on the relational side of ministry
