If there are two things I like in this world, it is 1.) skinny, blonds with no boobs, and 2.) being right. Rarely do these two collide in one glorious moment for me. But God Bless Carrie Prejean they did.If you don't know by now, Carrie Prejean dropped her liable and slander case against the Miss USA Pageant because allegedly she was shown a tape of her that was acquired by TMZ performing "a graphic sex act by herself" that was "so graphic, even TMZ wouldn't post it."
Details have since surfaced that the solo act was recorded by her then boyfriend when she was a teenager. How TMZ got it, nobody seems to know.
As you may recall, I wrote about Carrie back in May saying that her situation illustrates why no one takes the "Pro-Family" movement seriously.
She makes one blanket statement about being against gay marriage in a beauty pageant, and all the sudden she is a champion for family values. But after the release of information about her boob-job, then
But as pro-family organizations drop her faster than they can count their gay friends, my opinion of her hasn't changed. I was not in the camp that condemned her from the get go (even though I support gay marriage). Nor was I in the camp that lifted her up as a bastion of family values.
She was (and is) an attractive young woman, who got put on the spot with an unfair and divisive question, and she did the best she could to be honest with where she stood. What proceeded was not fair on many levels. She got judged harshly by the pro-gay lobby. She got elevated to a level of leadership she was not equipped for on the pro-family lobby. And all of her past transgressions were now viewed through her statement which is not only unfair, but also, not really relevant.
Now there are no sex tapes of me out there (so you can stop looking as I know you all are). But that makes me no worse or better than Carrie. And frankly, none of us are worse or better than Carrie. We all do stupid things we regret. We all make mistakes. Does that mean we should all be in leadership positions in lobbying groups? Absolutely not. But that does mean she should be treated with the same grace you would want to be treated with.
Will I read her book? Probably not. Would I put her on a board of directors? Probably not. Would I take her on a date? Probably. But none of these answers have anything to do with anything that has happened since the pageant.
This should serve as one more example of where we all can take a lesson in not being so quick to judge or elevate.
You can listen to my banter with Allen on the topic a few days ago. Some of the facts were still hazy at the time, but the best part about it was I got a new title: "Senior Skinny, Small-Chested, Blond Correspondent." I am updating my resumé as we speak.
Andy's Thoughts on Carrie Prejean Sex Tape

Trae, we are in 120 markets or so around the country - including Seattle. I believe we are on KIRO - 97.3 FM in Seattle from 11p-1a PST. So there you go, you don't need to move to Atlanta just to listen to me :) And if by some chance you don't live in Seattle anymore, feel free to check out our stations page at www.allenhuntshow.com/Listen/Stations
Well she's got boobs (her boobs were fine even before the boobjob I think; the "topless" photos that sufaced are from her pre-silicone days, right?) and she isn't even all that skinny (you can't even see her ribs which makes her outright chunky by modeling standards ...)
Well it might be too graphic for TMZ but it certainly would not be too graphic for YouPorn (link omitted to avoid being censored by Andy, but you can google it pretty easily). Somebody at TMZ should anonymously post it there. You know, for legitimate journalistic purposes ... :)
Do you know how "teenage" she was? If she was 16 or 17 it would run afoul of kiddie porn laws (as ridiculous as that is) which might explain TMZ not publishing or leaking it.
In a way she has herself to blame. After her endorsement of "opposite marriage" at the pageant, she eagerly accepted the adulation of the socially conservative punditry and the limelight that generated. If you seek limelight you have to live with the fact that ity might illuminate things you might not want out there - especially when it exposes hypocrisy. And she also knew the draconian rules of these "Miss" pageants regarding sexual modesty going in to the competition so she can't claim ignorance.
But wait. You said you support gay marriage? Does Allen know about that?
Dream on ... (and wouldn't she have to do a reversal of her boob-job to go out with you anyway?) >:-)
Trae, you can't even hear Allen Hunt Show on the radio in Atlanta (at least not on the weeknights and without a special high-gain antenna). But there's always podcasts and live streaming so you don't have to be anywhere in particular ...
But I agree with you. Andy should get his own segment on AHS, like an hour a week at least. It would certainly improve the quality of the commentary. What do you say Andy?
You and me both Erik. Here's hoping it will show up on YouPorn ...
True 'dat.
I knew you were going to say that.
She is saying she is 17. He is saying she was 20. My point on the air last night was that if she really was 17, then that right there explains why TMZ didn't release it.
Yes he knows. We argue about it a lot. It makes the job fun.
Why thank you boys. I am flattered. We'll see if that is a future element of the show.
Yes...yes it was!
And just think...if it actually worked out, you would have to come to our "non-opposite marriage" wedding :)
Carrie is really a man? That's some seriously good gender-bending surgery right there!
Now her boyfriend says she was really 20. This whole story is quickly turning into a major clusterfuck.
It makes sense for her (in a Machiavellian way) to claim she was 17 to avoid the video getting out but it is very underhanded and low to basically create an illegitimate threat of serious jail time (for "child porn" possession and distribution as ridiculous it is to apply that legal category to 17 year olds making their own home video) just to avoid people seeing you "yaya-ing the sisterhood" and "saying yoo-hoo to the hoo-hoo" (I love House!)
Marriage = Man + Woman
Opposite Marriage = Man + Man OR Woman + Woman
THEREFORE
Non-Opposite Marriage (or the negation of Opposite Marriage) would = Man + Woman
Yeah Carrie gets crazier and crazier as this keeps going. I really think there is something wrong with her. I get the Machiavellian attempt in saying she was 17, but give me a break, she has to know that if she really isn't 17 in the video, then that information will come out. There are time stamps on tape I am sure. And even if there weren't, I doubt she was with the same guy at 17 and at 20, and friends/other people would be able to corroborate when she was dating that dude. If there was a sex tape with ***** and I out there, I could claim I was 17 all I wanted, but everyone and their mother knows I dated ***** when I was 24/25. It's just stupid.
House is about the only non-reality show on Fox that I don't like.
Same sex marriage : man-man, woman-woman because those are same sexes
Opposite marriage : man-woman because these are opposite sexes.
This is what she actually said
I think it is clear she is trying to contrast "opposite marriage" (i.e. heterosexual marriage) with "same sex marriage".
No kidding. Now she is saying that the Bible does not prohibit boob jobs. Sure it doesn't directly for the same reason it doesn't mention porno films; it's because these things weren't invented yet. What the Bible quite clearly condemns is women putting too much emphasis on their outward appearance and I think letting yourself be cut open just to make your boobs bigger qualifies as excessive emphasis on appearance.
For example in Isaiah 3:
16The LORD said: Because the daughters of Zion are haughty
and walk with outstretched necks, glancing wantonly with their eyes, mincing along as they go, tinkling with their feet,
17therefore the Lord will strike with a scab the heads of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will lay bare their secret parts.*
18In that day the Lord will take away the finery of the anklets, the headbands, and the crescents;
19the pendants, the bracelets, and the scarves;
20the headdresses, the armlets, the sashes, the perfume boxes, and the amulets;
21the signet rings and nose rings;
22the festal robes, the mantles, the cloaks, and the handbags;
23the mirrors, the linen garments, the turbans, and the veils.
24Instead of perfume there will be rottenness; and instead of a belt, a rope; and instead of well-set hair, baldness; and instead of a rich robe, a skirt of sackcloth; and branding instead of beauty.
* Could this be seen as a prophecy of Carrie's sex video? It certainly would seem to fit much better than trying to make Isaiah 7 "predict" the virgin birth of Jesus.
Now this is some very harsh language! I can only imagine what choice vocabulary old Isaiah would have for cosmetic surgery had he known about it!
Another news is that Vivid (Andy, if you know who that is I am even more concerned about your eternal soul) wants to release the (solo) sex video, which would make it pretty certain that she was of age.
Truly she is a gift that keeps on giving. She is like a female Levi Johnston.
You are right of course. She should have known, but she must have felt that was her only chance to avoid it being splattered all over the Internet.
Blasphemer! I mean really, what's not to love? For example, see the clip from which I took the above euphemisms.
Yes, you are correct. I went back and looked at the quote and you are correct. My bad. But all the more reason she's an idiot. You don't call YOUR side of the argument the opposite side. You make YOUR side of the argument the normal side and the other side the opposite.
I sort of agree with her on this one. PLEASE keep in mind, my preference for smaller boobs, so by all means, I am not arguing this on grounds of what I would like per se. But the problem is that you have a bunch of other verses in the Bible inferring what a blessing it is having the "hot wife" (i.e. Jacob and Rachel and Leah).
Question is, would you still date her if you had a chance? :)
If she had said "opposite sex marriage" it would have been much clearer.
Well I do prefer larger breasts, around the C to D cup range. But I also have a strong preference for natural breasts rather than surgically "enhanced" ones (and there I have a preference for silicone over saline - breasts are not supposed to feel like water balloons!)
I think most boob jobs go from either superfluous (because the initial breasts were just fine) to ridiculous (going up more than 1-2 cup sizes usually has a result that is more grotesque than sexy). I do not deny breast implants would be helpful in some cases but as far as the vast majority, nah!
That said, like you I do not let my preference affect my argument. I do not view the Bible as authoritative but whether we accept it or not, we can't pretend it says something different than what it says.
Note that she said that she could not see Bible saying anywhere one should not get breast implants. Now she either expected the Bible to mention breast implants explicitly (which would further underline her being an idiot; would she really expect Isaiah to say something like "instead of breast implants, the daughters of Zion will be flat as boards"?) or she never read the Bible (common among Christians).
And while I've never accused the Bible of being consistent but I do not think you have much of a point with old Jacob and his traditional, Biblical marriage to both Leah and Rachel. All Genesis 29 says is that Rachel was more beautiful than the older Leah and that Jacob loved Rachel. However it does not say Rachel was more appealing because she utilized more beauty enhancing products and technology of the day than Leah. I would say it would be rather the opposite. Since poor Laban had such trouble marrying Leah off he would have spent more money and effort making her more attractive. In today's terms, it would be Leah, not Rachel, who would be more likely to have daddy get her a boob job, nose job or a nip/tuck (or maybe an "eye job" as the Bible mentions Leah's eyes in a way that it is not quite clear what is meant).
